Pro+ Accounts

Benefits

The Pro+ accounts offer the same features as the Pro accounts plus:

• Direct SSH access to VMs. Scenario servers in Pro+ accounts can be accessed directly by SSH. Users can upload their public SSH key to their dashboard or they can use a one-time private key they can download from the running scenario page. This allows users to use their own SSH terminal rather than using the terminal-to-web interface.
• VMs with Internet access. This allows users, for example, to install their own tooling . Additionally, some scenarios may require Internet access to be solved.
• Command History Log. In your Dashboard you can review commands you entered in past scenarios. Command history is kept for scenarios you created in the last 30 days. NOTE: On some complex scenarios, logging may start up to ~15 seconds after the console prompt appears, so the first commands may not be recorded.
• Invite People to Pro Scenarios. Create a one-time URL from your Dashboard for any scenario (including Pro ones) and share it with friends or job candidates. When going to that URL, the scenario will automatically start without registering. Currently Pro+ accounts can create up to 5 invitations.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

• We use Stripe, a trusted external payment processor, to handle all transactions securely. Your credit card details are never seen or stored by us.
• Payment is required upon sign-up and the Pro+ advantages are available immediately.
• You can cancel at any time; this means the subscription won’t be renewed and you won’t be charged again for it. You still have the Pro+ benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
• Cancelling takes only three “clicks”: from your dashboard click on “Manage billing”, then at the Stripe screen click “Cancel Plan” and confirm.
• Annual subscriptions that are cancelled after two months can request a refund for the remaining pro-rated time in the subscription.

Lifetime Accounts

Pro+ Lifetime is a one-time purchase. You get Pro+ access with no recurring subscription for as long as SadServers offers the service.

• Lifetime means the life of the service, not the rest of your life. It is not a promise that the service will run forever. Features can change as the product evolves.
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except as described below.
• If SadServers Inc. is sold or merged, your access transfers with the service when the new owner assumes it. A sale by itself is not a refund. If the new owner does not continue Lifetime access, the discontinuation terms below apply.
• If we discontinue the service or the Pro+ plan, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and either move you to a similar product or refund the unused part of a five-year prepaid term. After five years from purchase, no refund is due.
